This 16-storey building will provide much needed therapy to Kampala
residents who have hitherto been afflicted by dour architecture crammed with monotonous
lack of creativity in the city's central business area. Though the tower itself
is not by a long shot, awe-inspiring, one would hope it will be the trigger to
spur other developers to be at least merciful to sight-seers.
